GripeRadar is a SaaS product for tracking customer complaints, feedback patterns, and market signals. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for paid GripeRadar plans.
Our policy follows common SaaS industry practice: customers should be able to cancel clearly and easily, billing terms should be predictable, and refunds should be available for billing mistakes, duplicate charges, legal requirements, or other fair exceptions.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If a specific order, checkout page, enterprise agreement, or applicable law gives you additional rights, those terms will apply.
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account billing area or by contacting support.
For most subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends, unless your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
Canceling a plan stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
If you cancel a monthly plan, your access normally continues until the end of that monthly billing period, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.
Annual plans are intended for customers who want a discounted longer-term commitment.
For first-time annual purchases, we may approve a refund request made within 14 days of the original purchase if the account has not used GripeRadar in a way that suggests substantial business value was already received.
After the first 14 days, annual plan fees are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or approved by us as an exception.
